THE BRIEF :
BMW Midrand is hosting a Padel tournament and requires a custom-designed trophy for the event. The trophy should reflect BMW’s premium brand identity while capturing the energy, sportiness, and spirit of competition associated with Padel. It should feel modern and aspirational.
THE SOLUTION :
I began by sketching and illustrating initial concepts using simple geometric shapes, exploring forms that felt dynamic and aligned with BMW’s design language. I incorporated BMW’s signature colors to maintain brand identity and cohesion. From there, I refined the concepts into detailed 3D mock-ups using Photoshop and Google Labs, experimenting with elegant materials and finishes to create trophies that feel premium, modern, and distinctly BMW.
